Eligible plans include a roaming allowance. Your UK and EU data share the same overall allowance.

Your available data, calls and texts depend on your plan and the country you are visiting. Check the details below before travelling.
Roaming in the EU
Your EU data allowance depends on your package:
- 1GB plan: 512MB EU data
- 3GB plan: 786MB EU data
- 10GB plan: 2.5GB EU data
- 30GB plan: 7.5GB EU data
- 100GB plan: 25GB EU data
- Unlimited plan: 25GB EU data
Roaming partners are agreed through EE. Network speeds can vary because the overseas network controls coverage, capacity and traffic management.
Roaming outside the EU
Daily roaming passes are available in supported destinations:
- Zones 2–3: 100 minutes, 500MB and 100 SMS for £6
- Zones 4–5: 10 minutes, 50MB and 10 SMS for £11
- Zones 6–7: roaming availability cannot be guaranteed
Incoming calls outside Zone 1 may be chargeable. Keep sufficient credit in your wallet and monitor your balance through My Account while travelling.
Important to know
MMS is not included within unlimited calls and texts. Sending an MMS while roaming costs £0.98 per message.
Standard service may be used abroad for up to six months at a time, subject to fair usage. It is not intended as a roaming-only service. If you need 100GB for use abroad without UK usage, choose the Sole Roam plan.

Eligible Zone 1 usage uses the calls, texts and EU data included with your plan, subject to its allowance and fair-usage rules. Charges may still apply for MMS, calls outside Zone 1 and other out-of-bundle usage.
