How do I activate my Popit Sim card?

Insert your Popit SIM into your device and restart it. Once powered on, you’ll receive an SMS with activation steps. Simply follow the instructions, and you’ll be ready to go!

Can I keep my existing number?

Yes, you can keep your number! Request a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code) from your current provider and provide it to us during setup. We’ll handle the rest.

How do I add more data?

Adding more data is simple! Log into your account on our website or app, select “Top-Up,” and choose the add-on that suits your needs.

How will I know if my SIM is active?

Once your SIM is active, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS, and your device will connect to our network. If you experience issues, restart your phone to refresh the connection.

Payment frequency: How does it work?

Our plans are flexible and run on a 30-day rolling basis. Payments are made monthly, and you can cancel, pause, or adjust your plan whenever needed.
